Organic Almond Nibs
Our organic almond nibs are our classic organic guara almonds, blanched and diced, making them perfect for baking or pressing into delicious nut milks. You can also roast them to enhance their sweet richness, and serve them as a garnish on savoury and sweet dishes. Try toasting and finishing a stir fry for a meat alternative.
We blanch our almonds to remove their skins naturally and allow them to dry before we slice them into almond nibs, the perfect size for cooking and baking.
