Walnuts roasted with a blend of herbes de Provence and sea salt. Produced and roasted on the farm.
We source our Noix de Grenoble walnuts, from Nicolas and Laure, based in the Isere valley. The whole valley bottom is carpeted with walnut orchards which benefit from the rich soil deposited from the Isere river
An excellent addition to a cheese board.
