Try our new activated savoury range launched summer 2025 - Rosemary Almonds
Blended fresh rosemary with a hint of garlic in the marinade to give a rounded richness. We use the top quality organic guara almonds from the almendrehesa regenerative project, giving an excellent crunch and marzipan sweetness to the raw nut.
Activation is a soaking method which "activates" the seed biology of the nut. It involves marinading which simultaneously infuses the flavour whilst flushing out the phytic acid in the nut. The results are an incredible texture and infused flavour, whilst keeping the raw goodness.
These rosemary work the best as a snack, perfect for an aperitif.
