Organic almond, orange and vanilla brittle made from almonds grown by the Almendrehesa Association, a regenerative farming group based in Andalucia, Spain.
To make this irresistible brittle, we roast almond nibs in a rich caramel flavoured with orange oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Almond brittle is delicious eaten on its own as a snack, crumbled over desserts and especially a carrot cake.
