Cobnut and Ginger Brittle
Cobnut and Ginger Brittle made on site using our home grown Kentish cobnuts. We add the raw cobnuts into the rich caramel to roast and release their delicious oils before adding chunks of crystalised ginger and a secret spice mix to finish.
Cobnut and Ginger Brittle is delicious eaten on it's own as a snack, crumbled over desserts and even as a topping to your favourite cheesecake.
