Noix De Grenoble - French Walnuts in-shell
French walnuts in-shell from the Grenoble region, farmed along the Isere river, just outside of Roman Sur Isere.
To get the "Noix de Grenoble" appellation, the walnuts must be a mix of 3 different varieties; franquette, mayette, parisienne.
They are held at a slightly higher moisture content than standard walnuts, mixed with the inherent richness of the variety, giving them a creamy and intensely flavourful finish. These are the same walnuts that go into our French walnut kernel, from the same producers Nico and Laure.
Sold by the half kilo.
