Raw organic macadamias from our South African partners based out of Northdale Farm. These macadamias are kept cool during the shelling and sorting process to maintain their mineral and vitamin content. Officially raw and unheat treated.
Northdale farm, similar to our Spanish almond partners are using regenerative techniques to counteract the risk of soil loss in the region. Permanent ground cover, aka cover cropping, ensures soil integrity whilst benefitting the tree growth through nitrogen fixation.
