Our new season supplier from the Perigord, France. From the stunning Dordogne valley, where orchards carpet the area and oil is milled by grind stone.
France has two major valleys for walnut production, one in along the Isere, and one along the Dordogne. This latest addition showcases the breadth of flavour across the different varieties, with 4 predominantly grown in the region; grandjean, franquette, marbot, and corne.
