Tonda Gentile Hazelnuts taste far richer than other varieties of hazelnuts due to their unique and rich flavour. They are intense, crisp, and creamy.
As a result of these special qualities, they are highly prized in Piedmont and are protected by an IGP or protected geographic designation, in a similar way as champagne.
