Hazelnuts, Cinnamon and Vanilla Brittle
Hazelnut, Cinnamon, and Vanilla Brittle made from Tonda Gentile Hazelnuts, considered to be one of the best varieties in the world due to their natural intense flavour. We make our hazelnut brittle by roasting the hazelnut nibs in a rich caramel flavoured with ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Hazelnut brittle is delicious eaten on it's own as a snack, crumbled over desserts and even as a topping to your favourite cheesecake.
