A delicious take on the classic peanut brittle, with a subtle blend of organic cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves. We make our brittles on site at Borough Market, by roasting the raw pecan pieces in a rich caramel, finishing in the pot with a balanced blend of spices
